Intregul continut al site-ului valentinafinearts.ro - imagini, texte, grafice, simboluri, elemente de grafica web, email-uri, scripturi, programe si alte date - este proprietatea Wildlife Beauty SRL si a furnizorilor sai si este aparat de Legea pentru protectia drepturilor de autor (legea nr. 8/1996) si de legile privind proprietatea intelectuala si industriala. Folosirea fara acordul Wildlife Beauty SRL a oricaror elemente enumerate mai sus se pedepseste conform legislatiei in vigoare.

Domeniul valentinafinearts.ro este detinut de catre Wildlife Beauty SRL. Utilizarea acestei marci, a domeniului sau a numelor de comercializare, siglelor si emblemelor, in forma directa sau "ascunsa" (de tipul, dar nu limitat la, meta taguri sau alte tehnici de indexare, cautare web) fara permisiunea prealabila scrisa este interzisa si se pedepseste conform legii.

Wildlife Beauty SRL garanteaza utilizatorului acces limitat, in interes personal (efectuarea de comenzi online, informare), pe site-ul valentinafinearts.ro si nu ii confera dreptul de a descarca sau de a modifica partial sau integral site-ul, de a reproduce partial sau integral site-ul, de a copia, de a vinde/revinde sau de a exploata site-ul in orice alta maniera, in scopuri comerciale sau fara acordul prealabil scris al acesteia.

Lucrarile de arta prezentate pe valentinafinearts.ro sunt pictate si comercializare de Valentina Datcu prin Wildlife Beauty SRL. Fiecare lucrare are descriere tehnica in conformitate cu realitatea. Culorile lucrarilor de arta pot fi usor diferite fata de realitate in functie de calibrarea monitorului/ecranului dumneavoastra. Imaginile prezentarii lucrarilor de arta pot contine si alte produse, accesorii, etc in scop decorativ, care nu sunt incluse in costul lucrarii de arta respective si implicit nu vor fi livrate impreuna cu aceasta.

Lucrarile de arta din categoria Artworks sunt picturi originale in culori acrilice pe panza intinsa pe sasiu de lemn si se livreaza fara rama. Inramarea lor este posibila fara costuri suplimentare cu o anuntare prealabila pe mail: shop@valentinafinearts.ro In functie de stocul de la furnizor, veti primi pe mail imagini cu cateva exemple de rame si dupa acordul scris al dumneavoastra lucrarea va fi inramata in 2 zile lucratoare.

Lucrarile din categoria Art studies sunt picturi originale in culori acrilice pe hartie de diferite gramaje si se livreaza cu rama alba ca in fotografiile de prezentare de pe site. In functie de stocul de la furnizor, se poate alege o alta rama fara costuri suplimentare cu o anuntare prealabila pe mail: shop@valentinafinearts.ro  Tot pe mail veti primi imagini cu cateva exemple de rame si dupa acordul scris al dumneavoastra lucrarea va fi inramata in 1-2 zile lucratoare.

Fiecare lucrare de arta este livrata impreuna cu Certificat de garantie si un card tip felicitare pe care poti scrie un mesaj pentru persoana sarbatorita sau poti alege sa transmiti mesajul pe email shop@valentinafinearts.ro si autoarea lucrarii de arta va scrie mesajul pentru tine.

Preturile lucrarilor de arta pot fi schimbate fara o anuntare in prealabil. Verificati pretul final de vanzare inainte de achizitionare.

Livrarea lucrarilor de arta de pe valentinafinearts.ro se realizeaza in termen de 3-5 zile in Bucuresti si in orasele din Romania prin platforma de curierat rapid ecolet.ro. 
 

Cum cumpar

Cumpararea lucrarilor de arta de pe valentinafinearts.ro o puteti face online, prin intermediul site-ului astfel:

Alegeti lucrarea de arta pe care o doriti accesand meniul din stanga sus a paginii - categoriile Artworks si/sau Art Studies - sau meniul din subsolul paginii - SHOP- categoriile Artworks si/sau Art Studies sau prin folosirea campului de cautare. In momentul in care ati apasat butonul " Adauga in cos" comanda va fi automat transferata in cosul de cumparaturi. 

Dupa adaugarea in cos a tuturor lucrarilor de arta pe care doriti sa le comandati, procesul de cumparare se continua prin apasarea butonului  si parcurgerea paginii de comanda. In pagina de comanda va trebui sa completati urmatoarele:

• Metoda de livrare
• Datele comenzii: Nume si prenume, Adresa complete (Judet, Localitate, Strada, Numar, Scara, Bloc, etaj, Apartament, Interfon daca e cazul).
• Metoda de plata: alegeti modalitatea in care veti plati comanda (prin CARD, prin transfer bancar sau NUMERAR CASH la livrarea coletului)

Cu ajutorul numelui de utilizator si a parolei introduse, puteti sa va autentificati pentru a vedea istoricul comenzilor sau stadiul comenzilor actuale, a modifica/sterge profilul dumneavoastra sau a face comenzi ulterioare fara a reintroduce datele de contact. Se pot face comenzi si fara un cont de membru inregistrat. 


Pretul produsului include transportul pe teritoriul Romaniei.
 

Metode de plata

Lucrarile de arta de pe site-ul valentinafinearts.ro pot fi cumparate folosind urmatoarele instrumente de plata:

Prin Card bancar

Se poate efectua plata online cu cardul personal sau al firmei dumneavoastra, in conditii de siguranta deplina. Cardurile acceptate la plata sunt cele emise sub siglele VISA (Classic si Electron) si MASTERCARD (inclusiv Maestro, daca au cod CVV2/CVC2).

Nu este perceput niciun comision suplimentar pentru tranzactii.

Procesarea datelor de card se face in mod exclusiv pe serverele Netopia Payments.

Siguranta informatiilor dvs. este garantata de faptul ca Netopia Payments nu stocheaza datele confidentiale ale cardului dvs, ci le trimite criptat pe o conexiune securizata catre banca procesatoare. In acest fel informatiile dvs. sunt in siguranta.

Indiferent de valuta pe care o aveti in cont, tranzactiile se fac in lei, la cursul de schimb al bancii dumneavoastra.

Pentru plata cu cardul, tranzactia va aparea pe extrasul de cont cu numele Wildlife Beauty SRL.

Transfer bancar

Plata se poate face si prin virament bancar pe baza facturii proforme, livrarea lucrarilor de arta urmand a se face dupa intrarea sumei (contravaloarea totala a facturii) in contul nostru. Prin aceasta metoda aveti la dispozitie 48 de ore pentru achitarea comenzii in contul bancar Wildlife Beauty SRL.
La detaliile tranzactiei va rugam sa completati numarul comenzii (va aparea in e-mail dupa ce confirmati plasarea comenzii).  Dupa efectuarea platii va rugam sa trimiteti dovada platii pe e-mail, la adresa shop@valentinafinearts.ro

Ramburs (cash) la livrarea coletului

Contravaloarea lucrarilor de arta si a serviciilor comandate pot fi achitate curierului chiar la livrarea acestora la adresa specificata de dumneavoastra. Aceasta metoda este posibila daca valoarea totala a comenzii nu depaseste  5000 lei. 

Imediat dupa plasarea comenzii veti primi un email de confirmare.

Politica de retur

In conformitate cu OUG 34/2014 privind protectia consumatorilor la incheierea si executarea contractelor la distanta, Cumparatorul are dreptul de a denunta unilateral contractul, doar cu plata taxelor postale de returnare, in termen de 14 zile lucratoare de la primirea lucrarii de arta, fara penalitati si fara invocarea vreunui motiv.

In cazul in care Cumparatorul renunta la cumparare potrivit clauzei de mai sus, este obligatoriu sa returneze lucrarea de arta exact in starea in care i-a fost livrata, adica in ambalajul original, fara urme de folosire sau deteriorare, insotita de toata documentatia cu care a fost livrata. In cazul in care nu sunt indeplinite aceste conditii, Cumparatorul nu are dreptul sa solicite rambursarea pretului. Returnarea lucrarii de arta se va face catre sediul Wildlife Beauty SRL, pe cheltuiala exclusiva a Cumparatorului. Rambursarea pretului catre Cumparator nu se va face inainte de primirea lucrarii de arta si confirmarea emisa de Wildlife Beauty SRL ca aceasta este in ambalajul original, fara urme de folosire/deteriorare, insotita de toata documentatia cu care a fost livrata si in perfecta stare de a fi comercializata.

Pentru comenzile platite cu cardul suma va fi returnata pe acelasi card utilizat la tranzactionare, in decurs de maxim 14 de zile de la acceptarea returului.

In cazul in care lucrarea de arta a ajuns la destinatie cu deteriorari din timpul transportului te rugam sa ne semnalezi cat mai curand situatia la: shop@valentinafinearts.ro

In cazul in care se dovedeste faptul ca produsul a fost deteriorat din vina noastra sau a firmei de curierat oferim returul gratuit si rambursarea sumei integrale in cel mult 14 zile de la primirea returului.

The artworks presented on valentinafinearts.ro are painted and sold by Valentina Datcu through Wildlife Beauty SRL. Each work has a technical description in accordance with reality. The colors of the artwork may be slightly different from reality depending on the calibration of your monitor/screen. The images of the presentation of the artworks may also contain other products, accessories, etc. for decorative purposes, which are not included in the cost of the respective work of art and implicitly will not be delivered together with it.

The works of art in the Artworks category are original paintings in acrylic colors on canvas stretched on a wooden frame and are delivered without a frame. Their framing is possible without additional costs with a prior notice by email: shop@valentinafinearts.ro Depending on the stock from the supplier, you will receive by email images with some examples of frames and after your written consent the artwork will be framed in 2 working days.

The works in the Art studies category are original paintings in acrylic colors on paper of different weights and are delivered with a white frame as in the presentation photos on the website. Depending on the stock from the supplier, you can choose another frame without additional costs with a prior notice by email: shop@valentinafinearts.ro You will also receive images with some examples of frames by email and after your written consent the work will be framed in 1-2 working days.

Each work of art is delivered together with a Certificate of Guarantee and a greeting card on which you can write a message for the celebrated person or you can choose to send the message to shop@valentinafinearts.ro and the author of the work of art will write the message for you.

The prices of the works of art can be changed without prior notice. Check the final sale price before purchasing.

The delivery of the works of art on valentinafinearts.ro is carried out within 3-5 days in Bucharest and in the cities of Romania through the express courier platform ecolet.ro.

You can buy works of art from valentinafinearts.ro online, through the website as follows:

Choose the artwork you want by accessing the menu on the top left of the page - Artworks and/or Art Studies categories - or the menu at the bottom of the page - SHOP - Artworks and/or Art Studies categories or by using the search field. When you press the "Add to cart" button, the order will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.

After adding to the basket all the works of art you want to order, the purchase process continues by pressing the button and going through the order page. On the order page you will have to fill in the following:

• Delivery Method

• Order data: Name and surname, Complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Payment method: choose the way you will pay for the order (by CARD, by bank transfer or CASH upon delivery of the package)

With the help of the entered username and password, you can log in to see the history of orders or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile or make subsequent orders without re-entering your contact details. Orders can be placed even without a registered member account.

Card data processing is done exclusively on Netopia Payments servers.

Refund (cash) upon delivery of the parcel

The value of the works of art and the ordered services can be paid to the courier upon their delivery to the address specified by you. This method is possible if the total value of the order does not exceed 5000 lei.

Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy

In accordance with GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, only with the payment of return postage, within 14 working days of receiving the artwork, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

If the Buyer cancels the purchase according to the clause above, it is mandatory to return the work of art in the exact condition in which it was delivered, i.e. in the original packaging, without traces of use or damage, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered delivered. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer does not have the right to request a refund of the price. The return of the artwork will be made to the headquarters of Wildlife Beauty SRL, at the exclusive expense of the Buyer. The refund of the price to the Buyer will not be made before the receipt of the artwork and the confirmation issued by Wildlife Beauty SRL that it is in the original packaging, without traces of use/damage, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect condition be marketed.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

If it is proven that the product was damaged due to our fault or that of the courier company, we offer a free return and full refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
