In conformitate cu OUG 34/2014 privind protectia consumatorilor la incheierea si executarea contractelor la distanta, Cumparatorul are dreptul de a denunta unilateral contractul, doar cu plata taxelor postale de returnare, in termen de 14 zile lucratoare de la primirea lucrarii de arta, fara penalitati si fara invocarea vreunui motiv.

In cazul in care Cumparatorul renunta la cumparare potrivit clauzei de mai sus, este obligatoriu sa returneze lucrarea de arta exact in starea in care i-a fost livrata, adica in ambalajul original, fara urme de folosire sau deteriorare, insotita de toata documentatia cu care a fost livrata. In cazul in care nu sunt indeplinite aceste conditii, Cumparatorul nu are dreptul sa solicite rambursarea pretului. Returnarea lucrarii de arta se va face catre sediul Wildlife Beauty SRL, pe cheltuiala exclusiva a Cumparatorului. Rambursarea pretului catre Cumparator nu se va face inainte de primirea lucrarii de arta si confirmarea emisa de Wildlife Beauty SRL ca aceasta este in ambalajul original, fara urme de folosire/deteriorare, insotita de toata documentatia cu care a fost livrata si in perfecta stare de a fi comercializata.

Pentru comenzile platite cu cardul suma va fi returnata pe acelasi card utilizat la tranzactionare, in decurs de maxim 14 de zile de la acceptarea returului.

In cazul in care lucrarea de arta a ajuns la destinatie cu deteriorari din timpul transportului te rugam sa ne semnalezi cat mai curand situatia la: shop@valentinafinearts.ro

In cazul in care se dovedeste faptul ca produsul a fost deteriorat din vina noastra sau a firmei de curierat oferim returul gratuit si rambursarea sumei integrale in cel mult 14 zile de la primirea returului.  

Return Policy

In accordance with GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, only with the payment of return postage, within 14 working days of receiving the artwork, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

If the Buyer cancels the purchase according to the clause above, it is mandatory to return the work of art in the exact condition in which it was delivered, i.e. in the original packaging, without traces of use or damage, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered delivered. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer does not have the right to request a refund of the price. The return of the artwork will be made to the headquarters of Wildlife Beauty SRL, at the exclusive expense of the Buyer. The refund of the price to the Buyer will not be made before the receipt of the artwork and the confirmation issued by Wildlife Beauty SRL that it is in the original packaging, without traces of use/damage, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect condition be marketed.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

If the artwork has arrived at its destination with damage during transport, please notify us as soon as possible of the situation at: shop@valentinafinearts.ro
If it is proven that the product was damaged due to our fault or that of the courier company, we offer a free return and full refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
